Descript is a hosted editor with transcription. Riverside is a hosted recorder plus transcript. Gong is conversation intelligence on sales calls. You wanted speech-to-text on hardware you control. whisper.cpp is MIT (ggml-org/whisper.cpp) — a C/C++ port of OpenAI's Whisper weights, not the OpenAI Whisper API. meetily is already the minutes tool on /replace/otter. Piper stays TTS (/replace/elevenlabs). This is not Descript's overdub studio, Riverside's every ISO-cabin SKU, or Gong's deal board and coaching OS. Fireflies.ai is the same minutes job as Otter — /replace/fireflies on the meeting pipeline.
