Graphiti

Graphiti is an open-source Python framework for building and querying temporal context graphs for AI agents. It ingests structured and unstructured data incrementally, tracks fact validity over time, maintains provenance, and supports hybrid semantic, keyword, and graph-traversal retrieval.
